I did the custom size and may have been a little off on my measurements so I had to get some extra tailoring but nothing crazy. This dress ended up being so beautiful and flattering on me! My family and friends definitely thought I bought it for me! ☺️
I will be completely honest, I was super skeptical of buying a dress off of her. But I absolutely fell in love with this dress and could not find anything like it unless I wanted to spend thousands which I just could not justify doing. So I bit the bullet, and I could not be more pleased. The dress is just as pictured and it is stunning in person!!!
My only thing is I was on the border of two different sizes and went with the smaller size, and the dress still ended up being a bit big. However, that is no big deal! I am going to see if I can return/exchange it and if not I would imagine it wouldn't be much of an issue to be altered. But I would recommend probably getting a custom size dress if you are a bit of an awkward shaped plus sized girl like me.
But overall, I am in love and could not be happier! When I pictured my wedding dress. This is what I pictured!!!
In some of the pictures I am wearing a belt that came from Etsy, I am still on the fence about it but I figured I'd add in case anyone was also debating about wearing a belt or not.
I hope I can update and plan to update once the big day is here in March and hopefully I will still have a positive report!
*side note I put a string on the zipper so I could zip up myself, I promise there was nothing wrong with the dress and is not a part of the dress!*
I measured myself and chose the size that matched on the chart, even though it was 2 dress sizes above what I would usually wear. I should have gone with my dress size because it's far too big! Perhaps my measuring was off, but I will return and get the correct size. Delivery was on time. I did really like the dress. There was one or two loose threads on the sleeves but nothing that wouldn't be fixable. I thought the quality was much better than expected and I felt like a princess waltzing around my house whilst trying it on. I can't wait to order the correct size! Luckily I have loads of time before the big day!
Das Kleid ist wirklich wunderschön. Es hat einen super Stoff. Vorallem schaut es wirklich teuer aus!
It is a lovely dress, but just too much dress for me. But you don't know if you don't try on.
